TEAM MEMBERS
Doris Hardy: Broker/Owner/Manager – Listing and Selling Agent and Training Coach. Assists willing associates to grow into emotionally strong, goal-oriented and professionally competent salespeople.
Sue Goodrow: Financial Manager – Evaluates the numbers, assists in the development of the annual budget and manages the company’s profitability and employee and agent files.
Teresa Sparling: Executive Assistant to Doris Hardy – Mentored by the Broker/Owner. Assists with all aspects of managing the broker’s listings and closings. Additional duties include prospecting and property management.
Vickie Kinard: Relocation and Communications Director – Manages the Relocation Department. Assigns incoming referrals/clients to agents who are best suited for that particular client’s needs. Oversees all incoming phone calls and faxes and monitors agent availability. Assists in all day-to-day office functions, assigned by the Broker/Owner, and manages all MLS data.

Kay Jenness: Operations Manager for Continental Mortgage Brokers, LLC. Provides a variety of mortgage services such as pre-qualification and pre-approval of customers, and origination, processing, and closing of all mortgage loans.
Janice Matthews: Loan Processor. Provides excellent loan processing and customer support services to mortgage loan applicants. Reviews all required loan documents promptly, accurately and professionally in a timely manner for proper completion. Orders most of the verifications needed for mortgage loans and researches different types of loan programs.
